Equipment Sales

Distance and Online Purchases

  • You have 14 days to cancel online/phone purchases from receipt (UK/EU law).
  • Email [email protected] to cancel.
  • Return within 14 days of cancellation.

Return Window

  • New: 30 days for refund/exchange if unused.
  • Used: 14 days under same conditions.
  • Contact [email protected] for RMA.

Equipment Hire

Cancellation of Hire Agreement

  • Cancel within 14 days before delivery for full refund.
  • After delivery, 48-hour notice for full refund.
  • Within 48 hours: one day’s rental fee.

Condition of Hired Equipment

  • Return in same condition, normal wear allowed.
  • Misuse damage incurs charges.

General Terms

  • Customer pays return shipping unless our error.
