Calibration

Equipment calibration

Equipment calibration is the process of determining, checking and rectifying the settings or gradations on your measurement instrument to ensure that it works accurately.

Calibration means that your measurement equipment is fine-tuned to perfection to zero out the possibility of errors after heavy or frequent use of your equipment.

Ensuring the efficiency of your workplace equipment creates a safer and more productive environment as no working days are wasted due to faulty equipment.

Signs that it’s time to calibrate your equipment include:

Tick.pngDamage to equipment
Tick.pngCalibration certifications are due to expire
Tick.pngYou need to eliminate production downtime
Tick.pngYou follow industry standards

Regular calibration of your equipment keeps your risk of harm to consumers, employees and the business down and has you covered in case of inspection. By choosing JBA Calibration you have quality assurance which reduces your need for rework and the risk of liability costs.
